Rock Strategic Restaurant Group is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Fast Food Team Member / Restaurant Crew Member / Cashier to provide excellent customer service at one of our Golden Chick franchise locations. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME FAST FOOD TEAM MEMBER

As a Fast Food Team Member, you are the face of Golden Chick in the community. Whether working at the drive-thru window or front counter, you always acknowledge and welcome guests immediately as well as communicate clearly and keep them updated about their order. Your knowledge about our menu and products helps you answer questions quickly and accurately. From the initial welcome to the final thank-you, your exceptional customer service is a big part of what keeps people coming back. You treat both guests and fellow team members with care and respect.

You also prepare hot, delicious food with a side of AWESOME! When not serving guests or preparing food, you help keep the restaurant clean and inviting--both inside and out. You take pride in your work and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. You are flexible, efficient at problem-solving, and work with a sense of urgency. Your calm demeanor and positive attitude affect everyone around you as you strive to make each day better than the last. You get great satisfaction out of making each guest's experience a great one and contributing to the great reputation of your Golden Chick location. And, you HAVE FUN!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME FAST FOOD TEAM MEMBER / RESTAURANT CREW MEMBER / CASHIER

· At least 16 years old

· Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced food service environment

· Ability to perform basic math and operate a cash register

· Ability to communicate clearly in English

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

· Ability to be on your feet, standing & walking

· Customer service skills

· Any customer service or food preparation experience would be helpful but we can train you. Do you work well in a team environment? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you like to have fun? Are you dependable, reliable, and happy to help? Do you have a positive, can-do attitude?
