Job Summary:

Responsible for the repair of wire harnesses.

Essential Job Functions:

This individual will be able to locate pertinent information within the CMM (Component Maintenance Manual), as well as possess the ability to find required materials in the IPL (Illustrated Parts List). Must be able to read and understand schematics and/or wire lists. The individual will perform an incoming evaluation of the product and access the repairs needed. Responsible for reading customer requirements and applying those requirements to the repair as well. Will need to utilize bench top test equipment and requisition parts when needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· FAA repair station experience preferred

· Effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interface with all departments

· Individual must be able to work at the pace necessary to meet customer demands with minimal supervision

· Knowledge of basic hand tools

· Must be able to read and understand drawings

· Must be able to read, write and understand English

· Strong understanding of standards as they apply to the Repair Station

· 1 year electrical experience

Education and Certifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Manufacturing environment

Supervision:

As much or as little as requested by Manager
