Job Title: Security Site Supervisor
Location: Southern Fort Worth Area
Environment: Factory
Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00
Shift & Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM (40 hours)
Job Duties:
Maintain schedule and call offs of officers
Communicate with officers, site, and management as required
Ensure duties are completed every shift by officers as needed
Manage and provide schedules to officers on site
Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
Provide staff accountability
Qualifications:
Previous Security Supervisory Experience Required (2 years or greater)
Previous Security Industry or Officer Experience Required (4 years or greater)
High levels of communication skills
High levels of Phone, Computer, and Management competency
Computer skills
Shift Flexibility
Training, Scheduling, and Disciplinary experience preferred
Must be able to work autonomously and provide consistent communication between site and management

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
Maintain schedule and call offs of officers
Communicate with officers, site, and management as required
Ensure duties are completed every shift by officers as needed
Manage and provide schedules to officers on site
Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
Provide staff accountability
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
Respond quickly to critical situations
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
Previous Security Supervisory Experience Required (2 years or greater)
Previous Security Industry or Officer Experience Required (4 years or greater)
High levels of communication skills
High levels of Phone, Computer, and Management competency
Computer skills
Shift Flexibility
Training, Scheduling, and Disciplinary experience preferred
Must be able to work autonomously
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass any State Licensing Required Training
Pass an extensive screening process
Security, Military, Law Enforcement Experience Preferred
