Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
Serves as the Senior Director of Business Development overseeing the marketing/sales team
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop, coordinate and oversee the Agency Sales plans
  • Build, manage, educate and coach a high performing marketing team
  • Work closely with the CSO to conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy and goals
  • Work closely with Clinical Operations to align Clinical and Marketing strategies
  • Monitor and assess sales team progress toward company goals; Hold sales team accountable to referral source development and account monitoring using CRM tool
  • Calculate and Manage monthly bonus structure for the sales team
  • Provides in the field coaching/training sessions and timely feedback with the sales team
  • Assists with and/or provides in-services and training to the sales team
  • Ensure sales team expenses are maintained within budget and well documented
  • Develop relationships with referral sources
  • Quality Assessment; Continuous assessment, along with site leaders, of communication and operations in facilities where we serve patients
  • Actively recruit to attract top sales team talent
  • Utilize, manage and monitor Playmaker CRM activity
  • Conduct Ride-outs and in-person training with community Liaisons in their assigned territory

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field of study,
Experience
5 years of marketing experience in Hospice Care
3 years minimum experience in Sales/ Business Development Management
Computer Skills
Proficient skill using a computer is required; Microsoft office suite experience required. HCHB EMR and Playmaker CRM experience a plus.
