The Product Development Coordinator will provide support for complex technical issues and initiatives related to terminal hardware and applications, internal systems and 3rd party solutions. The Product Development Coordinator plays a key role in product releases for new terminals, software updates and 3rd party gateways. This position oversees other branches of the Product Development department.

Responsibilities:
Provides technical expertise and training to internal departments.

Assist with product roadmaps, go-to-market plans, competitive assessments, and strategy.

Prepares product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.

Identify problems with terminal application features and functionality, document any software bugs or issues.

Analyzes test data and reports to determine if designs meet functional and performance specifications.

Maintain and support various internal and 3rd party boarding portals including oversight for any API process.

Create and maintain file build templates for compliance and boarding defaults.

Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback.

Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner.

Ensure employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Serve as a link between subordinates and upper management.

Conduct performance reviews motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity.

Stay up to date with the latest trends within the industry and new products.

Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisor responsibilities up to five (5) team members in the department.

Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Balance multiple planned and unplanned requests and consistently meet deadlines

Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical

Promotes excellence by providing superior service exceeding customer expectations

Ability to develop rapport with internal and external customers to maintain strong working relationships

Experience developing communication processes and procedures to facilitate the exchange of information among internal and external groups

Education/Experienced required for this position:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
