Overview:The SVP-Digital Direct Lending has responsibility for profitably growing an exciting new digital product segment within GMF. The SVP will develop the growth strategy for digital direct product set by identifying profitable customer segments and channels, and will lead a team of 40+ employees to execute the strategy. Additionally, the SVP will partner with IT to establish a technology roadmap for the platform that will allow us to continue to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.Responsibilities:JOB DUTIESDevelop the strategy and vision for the digital direct lending businessPartner with Marketing and IT to develop a product roadmapDevelop and support cross functional agile scrum teams to implement the product roadmapDevelop best-in-class agile practices and digital capability (eg, chat bots) to create and sustain a superior customer experience on a mobile first platformUtilize advanced data modeling techniques and data-driven mindset to optimize eCommerce customer acquisition, retention and loyaltyManage profitability across customer segments, channels and productsLead a team of 40+ team members spanning product management, analytics, and operationsFoster a continuous improvement and lean mindset that drives operational excellencePartner with team members across GMF to generate new ideas to better serve our customersPartner with IT to maintain a modern technology platform as a key enabler of the businessPerform other duties as assignedConform with all company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedConform with all company policies and proceduresQualifications:KnowledgeAgile product development and design thinkingAuto finance processes and proceduresDigital marketingSkillsEffective communication skills including oral, written and presentationTrack record of success with cross functional teamsMust have the ability to establish rapport, credibility and strong relationship management skillsInnovative problem solver with an ability to tackle challenges with strong sense of urgencyEducationHigh School Diploma requiredBachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or Supply Chain or Operations Management or equivalent work experience requiredMaster's Degree preferredExperience7-10 years combined auto finance and direct lending experience required5-7 years management experience requiredWorking ConditionsNormal office environmentSome travel required#LI-WB1
