Description We are seeking a long-term contract / temporary HR Recruiter in the Freeport, Texas area. Highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Recruiters might be interested to consider this skill-defining role. Major responsibilities

- Noting and posting job opportunity advertisements

- Carrying out interviews

- Stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

- Forming internal recommendations

- Employing digital recruiting resources

- Managing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Performing various administrative duties Requirements - We are looking for someone who has proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- We need someone who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

- Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- Taleo Recruiting Software experience required

- Full Cycle Recruiting experience desired

- Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

- Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
