AccuV, Inc. is hiring a Business Analyst in the following area(s): Frisco, TX.
Job Summary:
Looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in delivering the vision of next generation Warehouse Management & Supply Chain Solution with the best-in-class measurement and reporting platform to drive measurement at scale and optimization. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Supply Chain domains including areas such as supply and demand planning, inventory management, order and task management, transportation planning and master data management.
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Helping businesses to analyze their processes, products, services, and systems to improve current processes and make profitable decisions through insights and data analysis.
- Documenting business processes by assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes to identify areas of improvement. Creating requirements documentation, visual models, business process models, functional requirements specifications, data models, use cases, process flow, etc.
- Collaborating with users and stakeholders to determine and validate the requirements. Collaborating with technical partners to validate those requirements are feasible and implementable, and understanding how the technology can support the solving the business problem.
- Training and coaching users and stakeholders by preparing and presenting demonstration and end user training material.
- Preparing test scenarios and cases for the quality assurance team and end users to utilize for testing the product/feature before deployment.
- Participating in deployment planning and execution activities by communicating user requirements and validation actions. Supporting stabilization activities, documenting issues, and facilitating communication with technical teams.
- Post development monitoring of the release features. Analyzing and prioritizing the defects or bugs raised. Collecting customer feedback. Working with production support team members to document resolutions.
