The City of Frisco seeks an experienced professional with a diverse IT background and foundational knowledge of application life-cycle management, software development, IT infrastructure, security, and project management to serve as its next Deputy CIO. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) the Deputy Chief Information Officer leads and manages the Information Services, Development, and SAFER Programming divisions. This includes the development and implementation of policies and procedures, supervision of professional personnel, and planning and organization of services to support all City Departments.
