Job Overview Senior Internal Auditor Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Internal Auditor, who excels in the face of challenging circumstances and is looking for opportunities to contribute significant value to an exciting, fast-paced, and evolving Fortune 500 company. This is a salaried, exempt position that will be based at our Frisco, TX headquarters. Our team is currently working remotely but will be supporting a hybrid arrangement when we eventually return to office. Pay is flexible and determined by a candidate's experience level. RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES: The Senior Internal Auditor will: Demonstrate internal audit expertise through the proficient application of IIA standards (IPPF), leading practice frameworks (COSO), and business acumen. Demonstrate versatility by executing efficiently and effectively on various types of audit engagements including operational audits, compliance audits and financial audits. Execute SOX testing of business, application, and/or IT general controls (ITGC) in an objective and professional manner and provides suggested updates to engagement risk assessment, audit documentation. Demonstrate critical/creative thinking skills by helping determine the most impactful direction of complex audit engagements and identifying improvement opportunities that drive the most value for the company. Demonstrate verbal/written communication skills by collaborating with audit team members, building relationships with process/control owners, effectively resolving conflicts, and concisely capturing procedures/results in working papers and reports. Utilize business systems, applications, and audit tools to demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by helping drive innovation within the Internal Audit department. Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focus on details. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 2-5+ years of internal audit experience, with majority of experience spent within an established internal audit department and/or professional services firm One or more audit-related certifications (CIA, CPA, CFE) Experience with developing/deploying data analytics is a plus Fluency is Spanish and/or French is a plus Up to 10% travel may be required #IND1 Company Overview Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a leading coffee and beverage company in North America with dual headquarters in Burlington, MA and Plano, TX, with annual revenue in excess of $11 billion.
