Responsibilities
· Key member of the office of the CFO, supporting and involved in all corporate finance activities of TPG
· Structuring and origination of debt and equity-linked capital raises
· Rating agency relationship origination and management
· Strategic banking relationship management
· Capital structure optimization analyses
· Liquidity analysis and forecasting
· Investor relations and financial reporting support
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
· 7+ years of corporate and/or investment banking experience (coverage of asset managers is beneficial, but not required)
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Ability to multi-task and remain flexible to constantly changing priorities
· Strong organization and analytical skills
· High intellectual curiosity - eager to research new topics and educate others
· Willingness to make decisions and/or assumptions without perfect inputs
· Extreme attention to detail and the ability to follow through
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
