As we proceed with what is projected to be our most profitable year to date, our Client Acquisition Department is searching for a competitive, results-driven candidate to join our expanding Customer Acquisitions Team at the entry level here in Austin.

We believe that our success through the years can be attributed to our training program, which is why we start everyone at the entry level and promote organically. We only promote from within so we also have room to advance into leadership and management roles.

Our expanding Customer Acquisitions Team will play a crucial part in continuing our sales growth and development, as our company reach extends both nationally and internationally.

This is an entry-level role. It is a great opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in business, sales, marketing, management, and client acquisition.

Customer Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the products and services that best suit their technology and communications goals and help to set up the account.
  • Communicate ideas and solutions effectively in order to maintain positive, ongoing business relationships and customer service
  • Attend daily campaign meetings to increase brand awareness and sales goals
  • Track campaign success and report sales revenue standings on a weekly basis.
  • Aid in streamlining the interviewing, hiring, and training process of new hires.
  • Have the opportunity to engage in continuous professional development training sessions and participate in dynamic team-based company culture.
  • A relationship builder, excited by the opportunity to partner with our clients and consumers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Bachelors, Associates, or some College completed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Natural leadership ability and strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
