Abacus Electrical Division Journeyman Sales Technicians on average make $85,000 and up!

Our chosen candidate looks like-

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Very clean cut a must, no visible tattoos or piercings
• Must have a Journeyman license and solid industry experience.
• Strong residential service and sales experience and strong troubleshooting skills a must.
• Up to date on the latest tools of the trade and being a lifelong learner.
• Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude!
• Exceptional Technician; intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, no problem wearing a uniform, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized- 'what next' attitude!
• Takes personal responsibility to better themselves as a person and growth as a Technician.
• Be able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, able to lift over 75lbs, and work in attic spaces during the Texas summer heat.
• Can pass the Federal background and drug screen; a clean driving record and current driver's license are ALL a must (Please do not apply if any of these are issues. We check to protect!).

Language, Math, and Reasoning:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in on and one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

• Five (5) years residential experience with strong/steady work history, preferably sales technician experience.
• Valid Texas Driver's License that can withstand insurance review.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Journeyman license registered in the State of Texas.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Windows, including Word and Excel.
