Job description

General Responsibilities:

  • Manages book of 10 to 20 clients (1000 - 3500 lives)
  • Serves as the day to day point of contact for Leadership of assigned book of business
  • Oversees preparation of Recap, Quarterlies, Pre-Renewal and RFP Process for assigned book.
  • Oversees the Open Enrollment Process for assigned book of business.
  • Coordinates with Acct. Admin. to maintain the integrity and accuracy of Brokerage Builder
  • Expected to conduct most open enrollment meetings in their book of business

Book of Business responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation process of new client of Ardent Solutions
  • Sends BORs to carriers and request client historical information
  • Oversees AA in loading of client info into Brokerage Builder
  • Brings together client data in client file to build Renewal Recap
  • Brings together client data in client file to build Quarterlies
  • Brings together client data in client file to build RFP.
  • Brings together client data in client file to build Renewal Strategy Presentation
  • Release RFP, follow-up on receipt of RFPS, and answer any carrier requests from RFP.
  • Receives and organizes all quotes from carriers
  • Uses spreadsheet template to log in quoted benefits and rates
  • Prepares final rate confirmation page for Acct Exec / Producer review
  • Takes on escalated service issues regarding eligibility, claims, billing and policy issues
  • Works with Acct Exec/Producer to set service schedule
  • Conducts enrollment meetings / monitors open enrollment to full completion
  • Manages carrier installation process
  • Prepares and sends confirmation of final SBC's, rates, compensation to vendor
  • Prepares and sends carrier termination letters
  • Sends and tracks compliance documents to clients. (6055/6056, PCORI, 1095)Peer review Wrap Documents and Form 5500 documents
  • Perform special projects such as eligibility audits, packet creation and health fair needs
  • Other special projects may be assigned by Director of Client Management

Qualifications:

  • Group I Life & Health License
  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Candidate must be able to juggle multiple tasks at one time
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented, ability to catch minute details in situations
  • Candidate must have strong work ethic
  • Candidate must have strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Must be able to work in web based systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
