Job description

* Plans, prepares, and consolidates balance sheet and P&L statements and reports, according to relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standards, etc.). * Prepares and upload monthly and closing journal entries in SAP. *Ensure and prepare time keeping payroll entries. Prepare monthly accruals for POC projects and sales orders for Commercial Project Managers. *Analyzes and evaluates assets and liabilities aging reports. *Maintain the Finavigate and General Ledger cash accounts and daily bank statements in SAP. Assist management with month end closing activities. * Help assist with preparing reports for internal and external auditors. *Contributes with analyses relevant for annual financial reports. *Cooperates with vendors, clients in reconciling the account status, on an accountable level. *Keeps abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards, and values significance to contribute effectively to team results.
