Branch Manager - Apartment Experience Necessary!

ASAP Personnel is seeking a full-time Branch Manager for our Houston office. Branch manager's are in charge of overseeing an office with 2-5 employees. The ideal candidate would have previous apartment leasing or recruiting experience and interest in eventually running a branch.

This is a full-cycle Branch Managing position. Duties include sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, conducting interviews, and filtering candidates for open positions. You will work in Microsoft Excel with spreadsheets, as well as complete I-9s and background screenings during the recruiting and hiring process.

• 1-2 years of experience is preferred. Must be able to tolerate fast pace and high volume. This position will include talking to many people throughout the day so you must be professional and courteous.
• We need a fast learner, someone who adapts quickly and efficiently.

This position is salaried

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
