Position Summary:

Position Accountability Overview:

  • New business development and account management
  • Proactive account sales and targeted segmentation
  • Positioning and promotional planning and marketing
  • Analyze competition, market trends and customer needs and forecast accordingly
  • Exceed revenue goals while ensuring a positive client experience
  • Represent eESI positively and effectively in the marketplace
  • Convey information and ideas through a variety of media; engaging the audience and helping them understand and retain the message
  • Establish effective relationships with channel partners
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Our training program is structured to have our new CDS colleagues in front of prospects and submitting opportunities within 6 - 8 weeks. We have a team lifts-all approach where everyone is responsible for their production and continuously collaborating with the team where everyone learns together. There are no limits placed on territories as everyone has national presence capabilities.

Experience and Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • 5 Years Business to Business Sales experience
  • Examples of exceeding continuous revenue goals during your current tenure
  • Additional sales channel experience a plus
