POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Global Edge Consultants leaders within Energy & Infrastructure Recruitment are currently looking for a Corporate Financial Analyst for a major Oil & Gas Company located in the Houston TX area.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Establish, evaluate, and maintain corporate long-term financial forecasting model.

Deliver data-driven analysis through development of financial / economic models to derive insights to support development of corporate and commercial business strategies.

Support in investor relation matters.

Work with external and internal stakeholders to support new business initiatives.

Interface cross-functionally with Finance, BD, Tender, Legal, Project and Operations Department to support Senior Management on development and execution of corporate and strategic projects, reports, presentations, meetings etc.

Support in capital funding matters for new and existing assets and projects.

Work in close cooperation with Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion and Commissioning, to ensure input is included in their scope.

Work in close cooperation with Finance Department to ensure up to date and accurate data reflected in corporate long-term financial forecasting.

Conduct Ad-hoc analysis when required.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):

Education and Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or relevant discipline - relevant experience may replace formal education.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in working with financial modelling.

Previous experience from a multinational company is an advantage.

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work independently, as well as in a team.

Analytical, well organized and good attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Excel.

Good understanding and knowledge of financial and risk management models.

WORK CONDITIONS
