Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 8+ years of commercializing and marketing business solutions. Candidates with more than 10 years of experience may be considered for a level 5b position.

• Experience identifying, managing, and commercializing complex external business needs.

• Experience identifying, clearly articulating, and defending high level business cases.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Understanding of the power industry, US market, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.

• Knowledge of the IT or Cyber Security landscape.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships between business developer, service, operations, marketing, and product teams.

• Demonstrate /sell value to internal key decision makers, stakeholders, and influencers throughout complex product development cycles.

• Develop and communicate short / long term internal strategies to meet business developer needs.

• Lead cross-functional teams and establish appropriate internal resources to drive commercialization of products and services.

• Support business development activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.

• Track and communicate back to business development all commercialization efforts including use case, customer value, forecasting, and business cases.

• As a Cyber Security Business Solutions Architect, you will identify gaps in the portfolio and development potential for new solutions and services in collaboration with a Siemens Energy Cyber Security Business Developer or customer.

• You will be have the opportunity to position and market the Cyber Security portfolio within the Siemens Energy organization collaborating heavily with operations and service.
