I*** Job Summary
Acts as the primary liaison between the digital and the business stakeholders for new systems development and enhancement of existing systems. Conducts advanced and in-depth level business process functional analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align Technology solutions with business initiatives.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
Provides top-level business and systems analysis while focusing organizational strategic vision.
Primary liaison between technical staff and business owners; demonstrating advanced communication skills between all levels of the organization.
Contributes expertise in particular business processes and is responsible for formulating systems/process Product and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and user requirements, process flow definitions, business process mapping and functional specifications.
Documents requirements, functional design documents, user stories, and formulates test plans with QA and other partner groups prior to requesting business user testing.
Leads project team with Producing business user acceptance Verifies the business user sign off acceptance and works with Technology and business for deployment plan.
Create user stories that can translate to development, and keep consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle within a Large/Complex projects.
Candidate must have superior communication skills, command of Agile methodology, ability to present/communicate to Sr. Management and Leadership, extract user requirements that can translate to development
Ensures the development of complex information systems, or revisions to existing system logic to meet business requirements and objectives.
Facilitates requirement gathering workshops
Assists with Unit Testing, performs system integration testing and assist in User acceptance testing
May need to travel and visit other office locations for requirement gathering
Review progress and evaluating results for accuracy and efficiency.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Required: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study. Five years plus experience as a Digital Business Analyst
This position requires ability to demonstrate knowledge of the business and an ability to apply that knowledge effectively to a variety of situations.
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Technically advanced knowledge or in-depth skills in one or more of the following is required:
Systems development, implementation, upgrades and analyses QA testing, business analysis methodologies, system design and related analysis and methodologies Training and communication skills
JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Powerpoint, Lucid Charts/Visio
Agile Project development
D. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities that Contribute to Success
SQL Knowledge
Priori experience in supply chain and logistics is desirable
