Budget Promotions Inc. is a dynamic growing business focusing on Consumer Products, such as Indian Household Kitchen Merchandise, with offices in Houston, TX and Toronto, ON. We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead the company in a hands-on and entrepreneurial role, who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of (i) retaining and growing existing clients, (ii) identifying and fostering new client opportunities, (iii) constructing comprehensive capture strategies and (iv) working with an internal cross-functional teams on the above to maximize customer satisfaction and upsell as well as new client capture
The candidate should create sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Additional responsibilities include:

• Implements national sales programs by developing and executing field sales action plans
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price as well as staying up to date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Travels regionally to visit all customers and internationally for vendor meetings with the CEO
• Works independently and self-starter who can motivate others, and develop and execute an efficient sales platform

− 3-5 years of sales experience, with two or more years of experience in working with South Asian consumers
− Fluent in Hindi, Gujarti, Urdu and English
− Approximately Travel 65% of the time nationally and internationally
− Communicate clearly and be a team player
− Work with a sense of urgency and on multiple projects at the same time
