Endur Business Analyst
Project Role Description: Work directly with the client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals. Expert knowledge of energy trading and risk management processes across front, middle and back office functionalities with an emphasis on power and gas trading.
Work Experience: 9+ years, direct functional and technical experience
Work location: Remote initially, in person Houston
Start Date: 4/01/2021
Technical Must Have Skills: Functional Business Analyst
Functional Must Have Skills: North American Power Trading and Origination
Requirement:

• Key Responsibilities :
  1) Adept in handling business changes and managing stakeholder expectations
  2) Provide comprehensive documentation for requirements, functional design, workflows, support project tracking
  3) Effective management of tasks, timelines, progress reporting on tasks
  4) Manage communication across multiple teams, third party vendor, and multiple consulting staff
  5) Perform requirement gathering, functional analysis and functional design
  7) Knowledge of deal lifecycle including but not limited to position reporting, deal modelling, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements

• Technical Experience:
  1) Thorough understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery methodology
  2) Should have experience in managing an end-to-end delivery of trade capture system
  3) Strong functional understanding of NA power, gas, & emissions/renewables trading
  4) Should have good experience in writing basic sqls, understanding of the Endur data model preferable
  5) Should have experience in system integration best practices specifically for power operations (scheduling / ISO integration)

  2) Candidate should be able to exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high quality solutions to clients
  3) Candidate should be able to liaise with other teams to resolve cross functional issues
