Description
We are seeking a positive and professional ERP Systems Analyst to join the IT Group at the Pappas Restaurants Main Office in Northwest Houston. The ERP Systems Analyst will be part of a team responsible for the process design, customization, documentation, testing, implementation, training and support of the Dynamics and ERP systems.
To be successful in this role, candidates must be team oriented, have excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, customize, configure, test, and implement Dynamics and ERP systems
2. Create documentation, training and provide end use support
3. Utilize best practices to ensure that ERP systems are aligned with core business needs
4. Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements
5. Generate and compile reports based on findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues
6. Design and implement custom reports and key performance indicators (KPI) utilizing Dynamics
7. Integrate and interface processes along with data from other electronic systems
8. Provide 2nd level technical support and end-user training, as needed
9. Provide end-user training, as needed

Requirements
• • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Accounting, or related field of study
• 5+ years' demonstrated experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics and ERP technologies
• Strong knowledge in the areas of financial management, project accounting, field service, analytics & reporting, and ecommerce
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL & Reporting Services, .NET & SharePoint preferred
• Detail oriented, analytical and excel at problem solving
• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative and works well with others
• Understanding of Windows Remote Desktop Services is a plus
• Previous experience working with a vertically integrated business model, a plus
