Job description

Evosite Control Rooms is seeking an individual who wants to be part of a winning team and excels at sales and business development. Our ideal candidate would have five years of successful sales experience with midstream or downstream industrial clients. Candidate must be a critical thinker capable of working with multiple prospects at the same time, and self-motivated. There must be a track record of finding and closing new business and growing key accounts. A background in Construction and/or Engineering is a plus.

Objective: Exceed sales objectives by promoting Evosite's products and services to the Control Room marketplace. Use professional sales techniques and presentations. Foster long term customer relationships. Learn, understand and clearly articulate features and benefits of our products and services.

Sales Territory: 24/7 mission critical facilities including but not limited to:

  • Petrochemical, Refining, Pipeline and Electric Utilities.
  • Process Automation and Control, Military, Transportation, Wastewater, etc.
  • Additional key accounts and specific opportunities or markets may be assigned.

Major Activities:

  • Achieve quota through direct end user relationships.
  • Make enough quality sales calls to accomplish the goal.
  • Contribute to key company projects: product development, trade shows, etc.

Company Relations:

  • Comply with Company policies.
  • Develop positive relationships with Evosite colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with Evosite team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Critical thinker with the ability to learn our product features and benefits.
  • Able to qualify opportunities.
  • Top-Quality Sales Skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret bid documents, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation abilities
  • Superior follow-up and closing skills.
  • Manage time effectively.
  • Present a professional image and be prepared to conduct a meeting.
  • Previous Architectural, Industrial, Construction, and/or Design Sales experience a plus
  • 5 years successful solutions sales experience calling on midstream or downstream industrial clients.
  • The ability to help us grow our business.
