Exciting work you will do:

This industry leader has an immediate opening for several HRIS Data coordinators to assist on a massive HR related project. The qualified candidates will need to have experience with large volume issues daily. You do not have to specifically have HR experience but be able to field calls, investigate, be first line of resolution around mistakes relating pay checks, exempt, non-exempt status and all other issues around HR related issues. Qualified candidates will need to be able to work overtime and must be accustomed to a heavy volume day. This person or persons needs to be very organized, detailed oriented, enjoy a busy day and most of all have the customer skills service to help the employees that are calling in. Other skills and experience required - MS office including intermediate MS Excel, Helping out with processing W2's, time off requests, Sick leave, payroll, benefits. Some type of accounting processing contracts, expenses, reports, invoices. Data entry, collection, research or analysis. Organized, dedicated, determined, go-getter, dependable and reliable. If you have worked within an HR Department and are looking for an immediate role with a large publicly held company this is an immediate need.
