Job description

Role: Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities related to administration and management of Workday HCM. Provide technical expertise to Human Resources with emphasis on HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and Benefits.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide Workday expertise to system users and assists them with day-to-day questions and resolving issues.
  • Create and process Workday EIBs to load data to support HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation.
  • Partner with HR to coordinate successful integrate of employee data arising from mergers and acquisitions.
  • Create, edit and prepare reports and user-friendly dashboards.
  • Configure and implement business processes, upgrades, and enhancements for multiple modules within Workday.
  • Conduct data clean up; and ensures overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.
  • Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
  • Research and resolve HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
  • Develop job aids, training content and communications for users to refer to while using the system.
  • Oversee large data changes via mass uploads and ensure data was imported accurately.

Experience:

  • Certified HR Professional a plus
  • Must have strong written and verbal skills (English language) Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience administering and managing Workday.
  • Broad functional experience across multiple HCM Workday modules.
  • Prior experience managing packaged software/cloud based software solutions.
