Human Resources Coordinator

Well-known provider of outstanding healthcare services for primary and specialty care in the Greater Houston area is hiring an HR Coordinator to support the HR Business Partners, reinforcing the critical values of the organization. Company located in (south) Houston,TX.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work closely with HR Business Partners to support and guide designated business leaders.

· Place considerable focus on organizational effectiveness, performance management and workforce planning.

· Respond to business leaders and employee inquiries regarding policy application and employee relations.

· Prepare presentation materials and co-facilitate training sessions.

· Prepare and analyze metrics and trends in support of HR initiatives.

· Contribute to the development and deployment of HR programs, policies and events that promote positive employee relations.

· Co-coordinate employee focus group sessions, employee surveys and interviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on HR, or another relevant degree.

· 2+ years of HR functional experience.

· Knowledge of US HR employment laws.

· HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.

· Strong consultative, client service and interpersonal skills.

· Keen judgment required to manage confidential and sensitive information.
