Job Description: The Human Resources Recruiter will report to the HR Manager and among other duties will partner with business unit hiring manager to source and fill their positions.

Job Duties:

Create and administer job postings and job boardsSourcing and recruiting new employees for business units to fill positions timely with quality candidates.Work as a team with other recruiters and/or HR team members

Other duties may apply and may change as needed for the business as this list is not all inclusive

Key Skills and Competencies: Expertise in the sourcing and recruiting of new employees at all levelsExcellent communication skillsTime Management skills

Expected Performance: Employee will have the ability to work independently and with a team, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Employee will communicate verbally and in writing in a professional and effective manner.

Typically Requires: B. A or B.S. Degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years of proven Training and Recruiting experience
