STRIVE is offering an opportunity to start a career in commercial real estate with the top investment sales firm in the Southwest.

Founded by Jennifer Pierson and Jason Vitorino in 2017 to disrupt the traditional commercial real estate investment brokerage model, STRIVE is a leading commercial real estate firm specializing in investment property sales.

We are seeking entry-level Industrial Investment Agent candidates who are driven, coachable, smart with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Houston team.

What you can expect if you are hired

Hard Work - This is not a 9 am -5 pm career. Those looking for short hours need not apply.

Calling - Our agents make between 200-300 calls per week. Applicants must be comfortable talking with strangers and dealing with rejection.

Training - Our proven training program prepares newer team members for a career in commercial real estate that maximizes potential and supports growth. Our training is thorough and includes discussion, online work, role playing and analysis.

Mentorship - Individual one-to-one coaching with STRIVE Principals and Senior Leadership to transfer knowledge and accelerate ramp-up time.

Support- Agents have access to a support team of financial analysts, transaction coordinators, marketing professionals and seasoned leadership.

iSTRIVE Technology - Agents will have access to our proprietary database of over 75,000 properties and 65,000 investors, as well as proprietary market intel available only to STRIVE agents.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Houston, Texas

• Bachelor's degree

• Good communication skills

• Entrepreneurial drive

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships

• Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals

• Real Estate license or be within two weeks of taking the Exam

• Mindset to find solutions

• Deep desire to succeed
