Premium Meats is a company based in the US, dedicated to the sale and distribution of premium quality beef, chicken and pork. As a growing company, we are trying to extend to more places among the US and with our quality products, reach even more families.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide excellent and quality service to customers who visit the store
• Develop appropriate work strategies to meet the needs of our customers, promoting the benefits of the product, informing promotions, offering substitutes and considering any objections in order to fully meet the customer needs and keep Premium Meats Co. as their first option.
• Control that the output / sales of products is properly registered.
• Receive the merchandise entering the store as stock inventory,
• Ensure proper product rotation, overseeing the arrangement meets first in - first out or date of production; and promoting strategic product sales.
• Maintain proper accommodation of stock, reach in and display cases, in compliance with guidelines and health and operational parameters defined by the company.
• To contribute to meet weekly and monthly store sales goals.
• Report to store manager the needs of products requested by customers, with the objective to request such product.
• Participate in the implementation of defined strategies to retain customers and build sales.
• Identify, register and follow up potential prospects of the store.
• Monitor temperature showcases and cold room.
• Perform the separation of boxes of product, print and reprint labels for individual products.

NOTE:

For the job, it is required to constantly lift and carry boxes of product up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
