Job description

· Controlling, overseeing inventories of the store/ Reporting inventory levels and issues to the management - Create policies and strategies to enforce efficient inventory control and avoid any discrepancies .

· Oversees and assists physical inventory audits on rotating basis.

· Assess inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need in need of recurring deliveries.

· Develops and maintains good working relationships with the vendors.

· Responsible for interviewing, hiring shift employees and store managers

· Responsible for controlling the store payroll and reporting, verifying hours and pays of the employees.

· Is responsible for the merchandize organization and enforcing rules to maintain the cleanliness of the store

· Responsible for training and ensuring the new employees and managing schedules for the shifts

· Pricing, Retailing of the merchandise, lottery sales and lottery inventories

· Checks the daily store reports, addresses any discrepancies in the daily reports, verifies the sale numbers and initials the store reports.

· The supervisor should be available to cover shifts if required due to any unseen circumstances.

· Drop daily reports to the corporate office weekly/monthly

· Ensures Daily deposits in the bank

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,605.00 - $61,741.00 per year
