Job description

Osborne Cabinets and Millwork is seeking a qualified Cabinet Sales Associate in the Greater Houston Area. The individual should be responsible for finding sales opportunities and completing sales with both contractors and homeowners. This is accomplished by identifying target customers, making cold calls, visiting job sites and assisting customers in a timely and efficient manner with their projects and related project knowledge. Sale techniques, developing customer relationships, knowledge of Cabinet Vision and communication skills are all fundamental components for this job position.

Responsibilities of the Position:
*Identifies target customers, increases and maintains market share
*Collects and keeps up-to-date knowledge of consumer uses and trends
*Meets and/or exceeds sales and profit goals by following up on sales leads, monitoring market trends and growing the positive reputation of the company
*Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with take offs and communicating scheduling and delivery commitments
*Accurately measures job sites to accurately draw and construct cabinets
*Draw and create projects in Cabinet Vision
*Ability to participate effectively as a team member
*Frequent travel in the Greater Houston area

Desired Qualifications:
*Must have 5-10 years experience with Cabinet Vision Software
*Previous experience in cabinet sales
*Ability and experience in field measuring
*Previous Kitchen and Bath design knowledge
*Extensive knowledge and understanding of cabinet making and construction methods

Salary position, compensation based on qualified experience
