Job description
Responsible for the day-to-day management of TDECU's Wealth program including compliance, systems, and reporting. Implements system enhancements to generate greater efficiency with a focus on member experience. Supports the collection and reporting of data from internal and external systems and sources to support program management. Completes program and organizational related compliance documentation, research, reporting and licensed client assistance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manages and directs the work of the Client Service team.
2. Responsible for program management, including but not limited to broker-dealer and TDECU compliance, research, reporting, licensed client assistance and/or disrepute resolution.
3. Supports deeper relationships with TDECU lines of business through referral program initiatives and reporting.
4. Builds and maintains scheduled and ad hoc reports from a variety of systems to support program management, incentive payouts, and marketing efforts. Creates, manages and maintains data extracts and imports.
5. Serves as system admin for key programs. Manages licensing and access levels in alignment with role and security definitions.
6. Manages vendor relationships for TWA.
7. Leads TWA and CU strategic initiatives and other projects. Provides operational support for mergers, acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
8. Documents, researches and maintains compliance and program requirements with TDECU and broker-dealer. Tracks mandatory designations and licenses, notifies team of upcoming training opportunities and CEU requirements. Reviews regulations for changing requirements. Advises management on updates and recommends actions to remain in compliance.
9. Assist with onboarding of new team members.
10. Completes ad-hoc assignments or projects that may be assigned outside of typical areas of responsibility at the request of immediate supervisor.
11. Act as liaison between TWA and other CU departments
12. Responsible for completing all mandatory compliance testing within designated period and other compliance assignments including the office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Unusual Activity Reports (UAR) and Security processes. Implements processes as required by the Bank Secrecy Act and Advisors and TDECU polices and procedures including but not limited to completing and submitting.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Candidates for this role must complete the LPL Validation process and be deemed "approved for hire" by LPL.
Education:
· A college degree or equivalent mix of education and experience preferred
· A series 7, 66, and TX Group 1 Life/Health insurance, or obtain within first 90 days of employment required
Experience: Five-seven years of progressive supervisory or program management experience required. Previous experience in a financial services or brokerage firm highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Previous administrative/super user experience in a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
· Must be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
· Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities - focus on innovation
· Advanced skills in relevant software including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
· Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.

Some local travel to various offices could be needed.
