LONG-TERM CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY- Salary Based

Seeking an outgoing organizational leader that is eager to apply project management skills, business accounting expertise, organizational leadership, and creative marketing to effectively launch an international business project for inner city youth.

Requirements:
Masters in Education / Business / Organizational Leadership (or related fields)
At least 5 years of Management or Supervisory Expertise
Experience of Success with Project Design and Development
Efficient in MS Office Suite
Technology Savvy
Social Network Expert (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc)
Ability to recruit, interview, and communicate effectively via email and face-to-face at social community events/functions.

*Within cover letter highlight how you would accomplish the following company objectives:

Educate eligible talent on how to take advantage of alternative career pathways involving business ownership opportunities to drive steady financial support for anticipated college or trade school expense; Involve parents in their child's personal goal plan and ongoing business plans and counsel them on the benefits of investing in their child's business that will potentially drive income for a debt-free college opportunity; Network and develop barter relationships with local businesses seeking opportunities for young talent to be effectively trained to start franchise opportunities for driving residual and passive income while they attend high school full-time; and Partner with local community colleges and universities to enable high-school students to gain access to online college-level business development courses that meet high-school graduate credit requirements and/or entry-level Business Administration college credits that are transferable and recognized across the globe.

*Include realistic financial analysis of how you would effectively develop a low-cost budget as the Project Director using creative strategies such as grants, barter opportunities, fundraising, and community sponsors that will produce high-end revenue. The goal is to develop the lowest start-up budget possible with the highest return within your first year.
