Role

* Individual contributor role, working primarily from your home office - you are expected to work from the local office a few days each week.

* $75k base, $125k OTE, plus tons of accelerators and 401(k) with company match.

* Top reps will exceed $100k in 2021.

* If you prefer, you can thrive in this role while still selling 4 or 5 real estate deals each year on the side!

* 80% of your leads are inbound; we have multiple outbound call centers that work all day to get you meetings.

* You should have a passion for (or experience with) the real estate industry.

* You have some experience related to sales: typically, SDR/BDR, Account Executive, Account Manager, or Customer Success.

* You can confidently discern customer needs, present solutions appropriately, and overcome objections in a professional and persuasive manner.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - you should be a strong writer, speaker, and listener.

Official Job Description


The Inside Sales Representative educates, attracts, and empowers agents to make the right decision in their choice of brokerage with a strong focus on outside recruiting efforts. This entails attending relevant networking events, marking targeted outbound calls, and developing in-market partnerships.


What You'll Do:

· Identifies Realtors/teams who are interested in working with us through outbound calls, emails, social media, event attendance, and zoom sessions.

· Coordinates targeted marketing campaigns via email, social media, and texting efforts.

· Conducts in-person appointments with real estate agents in corporate offices, branch locations, and coffee shops/restaurants.

· Attends industry-related networking events.

· Attends regional and elite office meetings.

· Hosts and coordinates local recruiting events/lunch and learns.

· Attends real estate school career events.

· Coordinates sponsorships for local real estate industry-related events.

· Builds relationships within the real estate industry.

· Conducts the hiring process.

· Create contracts to onboard real estate agents.

· Communicates the benefits of joining the Company; demonstrates the value proposition.

· Maintains regular contact and follow up with prospects and tracks pipeline via company CRM.

· Research and track local real estate competitors.

· Other duties as assigned

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Exceptional customer service skillset

· Ability to cultivate and build relationships

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
