RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst for our enterprise technology client's World Wide Sales Operations organization in Houston, TX.
Summary:
In this role, the Reporting Business Analyst will be driving project activities planning and tracking, reporting, communication, governance and oversight involving appropriate internal core team and stakeholders supporting, supporting delivery of an integrated Master Data solution for Customers and partners across key areas within the End to End Selling Process to include lead management, quoting, order management, channel contract data management, business intelligence, reporting applications through to delivery and post shipment.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, the Reporting Business Analyst will be successfully driving implementation of our client's Master Data's strategic vision through driving program management activities
* Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving implementation at the AMS region level, of key milestones within the Master Data Transformation road map - understanding of Sales Operations Lead to Cash processes is a plus
* The Reporting Business Analyst will develop and expand E2E process reach beyond Master Data Management to other Sales Operations Lead to Cash processes in the E2E selling cycle
* Acts as a leader within a specific function, responsible for medium to highly complex large projects at a regional level in alignment with WW Master Data
* The Reporting Business Analyst collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved process improvements of medium to high complexity, and ability to comprehend business and or customer impact of changes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management training, or certification a plus
* Typically, 10+ years of experience in a business-related function, understanding of Lead to Cash processes is a plus
* 3-5 years of process management experience is a plus
* 3-5 years project/program management experience is a plus
* Strong business experience in multiple areas with seasoned project management skills being a plus
* Ability to lead a team to make an impact at a regional level
* In-depth knowledge and advanced understanding of internal business and operational processes to include customer/partner requirements
* Knowledge of client's model for client businesses and the revenue cycle
* In depth knowledge and understanding of internal business and operational processes to include customer/partner requirements
* Superior communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation) leadership and influence skills; Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required
* Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with regional customers/partners and lead To Cash stakeholders to ensure high quality solutions are deployed with high levels of satisfaction
* Ability to gather and interpret business metrics evaluate actual performance and make recommendations on process improvement in support of achieving targets
* Ability to analyze data and business problems in detail
* Able to make impact across multiple teams on large, high profile projects - while representing the AMS region in a global environment
