Job description
Position Summary:
This position calls for individuals who are Compassionate, Accountable, bring Real Value, Integrity, New ideas and provide Guidance to our members as well as the team. These key elements define PrimeWay's culture. Another key aspect of this administrative role is to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend appropriate solutions. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will communicate with all levels of the organization so possession of strong presentation skills is a must.
Responsibilities :
- Demonstrating a commitment to the culture of PrimeWay by openly contributing to the success of others on the team, and by living by the core values that define the CARING culture
- Pulling data from a variety of sources, updating reports, tracking trends and disseminating results in a timely fashion
- Creating complex MS Excel spreadsheets and Tableau dashboards for KPI reporting
- Communicating with Risk Department and Retail Center Managers to provide audit responses
- Timely organization and distribution and follow up of sales leads
- Testing and validating system and process enhancements
- Writing, editing and publishing the Operations section of the All Employee Communication
- Managing Operations data governance requests
- Managing process improvement projects and new project implementations for operations.
- Maintaining project plans including detailed tracking ensuring executives/senior management are always up to date with project progress
- Compiling project outlines, reports and presentations
- Maintaining solid communication and collaborative relationships with all organizational departments
- Assisting executives and senior management with research
- Maintaining updated procedures and guidelines for operations in Knowledge Base
- Preparing agendas and coordinating arrangements such as scheduling, room space, and meeting resources needed
- Performing general clerical duties including document maintenance, preparing invoices, filing, general correspondence, email and phone
- Serving as back up for operations support team when necessary
- Complying with all regulations when performing job requirements, and staying abreast of updates through completion of assigned training courses
- Demonstrating a functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to: U.S. Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets & Control, Anti-Money Laundering, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Bank Bribery Act
- Establishing positive and productive working relationships at all levels within the organization
- Demonstrating accountability of personal contributions toward all personal, team and organizational goals in the areas of loans, GAP, extended warranties, debt protection, deposits and service
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of Corelation/Keystone core banking system helpful
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to maintain significant levels of diplomacy and trust, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to use applicable computer software
Education and Experience
- High school education or GED 6 months - 2 years relevant experience
- Credit Union or Banking experience: 2 years
ADA Requirements
- Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 5 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must by capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
