The SAS stores in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area are hiring Retail Sales Associates. You should be people-oriented, friendly, helpful, patient, and a team player. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform day-to-day store operations through application of SAS philosophy, standards of service, cleanliness and caring.
• Provide a friendly welcoming environment, by smiling, greeting and acknowledging every customer when they enter the store and engaging them in conversation.
• Help every customer to have a seat, measure their feet, and fit them with the right SAS shoes.
• Show different categories of shoes, handbags, and shoe care products.
• Able to operate our point of sale (POS) computer systems for sales, returns, charges, checks and transfers.
• Gain product knowledge on all SAS items, believe that SAS are the best footwear and demonstrate that enthusiasm for the product daily.
• Be able to execute and effectively complete special projects.

• Have great communication skills and exceptional customer service.
• Be mature,responsible, self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
• Be a team player and have the ability to work independently.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical requirements for all store positions include;standing for long periods of time, frequent bending to tie and fit shoes,climbing and moving, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Some computer ability with the POS systems and MS office.
