L&P Marketing is looking for a Senior Account Executive that is a strategic thinker, has a strong work ethic, is a good leader and role model and is always putting their Client's goals first. This person must be a go-getter, a linear planner willing to lead an account team for Clients in the real estate development industry. L&P Marketing is a boutique marketing firm formed in 2003. The Basics

  • Create and lead an account team marketing strategy
  • Lead and manage all client relations directing the account team as needed in the following areas: weekly marketing meetings, following and tracking weekly traffic/ media placements/ social media content creation/ blog writing/ creative output/ sourcing and gathering necessary materials for production
  • Travel as required to Austin and San Marcos. Working part time or full time in Austin a possibility
  • Work with client team to help define scope, approach and draft strategy for various projects.
  • Direct project research as required, both secondary and primary research.
  • Create and maintain client budgets, forecasts and cash flows on annual, quarterly and monthly basis
  • Hire additional vendors/ seek out additional resources as required by each project
  • Ensure that trafficking of all jobs is on time to ensure deadlines are met
  • Oversee Event planning on project basis for varying clients. Includes all aspects of budgeting and evaluating feasibility/ results. Execution on limited basis.
  • Oversee and direct all media planning as required
  • Senior Account Executive (SAE) - Reports to Agency Principal and is responsible for ensuring strong, positive communications between Client and Agency Team at all times

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis on marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or other related field
  • 7 - 15 years experience in marketing, advertising or public relations firm
  • Strong writing, organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for knowledge of marketing, consumer motivation, behavior
  • Strong knowledge / experience across all mediums - digital/ social/ traditional
  • Need to be self-starter, independent and able to anticipate project needs, timeline and Client deliverables
  • Knowledge of master planning, resort, or active adult community marketing is a plus
