Senior Consultant Mortgage, Infosys ConsultingInfosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, is seeking motivated Mortgage Consultants. Management Consultants seeking long-term growth and career-enhancing opportunities will find both as part of our team of front-runners in Financial Services Consulting.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the Financial Services industry with a strong understanding of the business, technology and operations including knowledge of products and intermediary service providers in one or more areas of Mortgage.About the RoleAs aSenior Consultant Mortgage, you will lead client interactions to understand business needs, analyze market trends and design business capabilities and target state requirements within the mortgage value chain.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be playing a role of a Business Consultant with a strong focus on Transformation using Domain and Digital Solutions and deliver following: -Lead and manage large and complex Innovation & Transformation engagements in the area of MortgageUnderstanding current business challenges, perform fit gap analysis, and develop solutionsLead and conduct design and business architecture workshopsPlay role of product owner /managerInteract with clients as a lead product ownerGather and analyze business requirements, processes, design and develop data maps required to support technology transformation initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams across the client organization and Infosys on technology transformation programs and initiativesSupport business development activities ranging from leading or contributing to proposals and developing propositionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent requiredMinimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firmExperience in driving Mortgage transformation programs including Application processing, credit decisioning, closing, booking, funding and servicing aspects of Mortgage value chain.The candidate would be proficient in conducting business architecture and design sessions and conversant in creating product roadmapsDomain consulting background is requiredExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentationProven ability to lead projects, build strong and effective business relationshipsAbility to facilitate discussions, analyze and de-construct problems, develop structured solutions and categorize challenges in the project environmentHighly motivated with strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skillsMust be willing and able to travel up to 80%, depending on client requirementsU.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
