MTG Services is management consulting company and direct hire placement agency that works with dozens of the top mortgage lenders in the country.

We have been engaged to help our clients actively recruit Trainers for their Mortgage Closing group. We are currently searching for the best candidates in the market and would love to talk to you.

We are only considering those candidates who are have direct experience delivering in-person and virtual training across multiple loan types (Gov't, conventional, jumbo, Non-QM, Bond, DPA, USDA).

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting training that cover a Closer's tasks
• Develop and update training materials including instructor guides, job aids, and other information
• Educate closing staff on the above prepared materials
• Schedule in-person training by coordinating with various departments, managers, HR, and technology
• Assist the closing department with creating procedural documents

Critical Requirements for all Candidates:

• Must enjoy working with a company that values its team members

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Closer

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a manager, trainer, or team lead
• Extensive knowledge of RESPA and TRID, including preparing / delivering initial and final disclosures

• Strong PC skill with experience in MS Office

• Experience in Encompass is preferred

• Detail oriented and strong verbal / written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under stringent timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
