Job description

General Responsibilities:
The responsibility of the Network Office Technology Coach is to develop the efficient use of technology in the network office and integrate the use of technology in the financial representative's practice. This is accomplished through individual technology coaching, action plans, follow-up meetings and classroom training where appropriate.
Specific responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Meet individually with representatives to identify gaps in the use of software in their practice
  • Identify how financial representatives can use technology more effectively and efficiently
  • Show financial representatives how to enhance their marketing ability with technology
  • Ensure new financial representatives receive basic introduction to NM software
  • Provide statuses to management team
  • Partner with mentors, business coaches, and RACE coordinators to ensure a consistent message
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate technology classes (either individual or classroom sessions)
  • Use curriculum supplied by the Home Office unless modified by Network Office management team
  • Follow-up with coaching clients to ensure they understand and can apply knowledge acquired in training
  • Encompass network office territory in coaching and training activities
  • Provide coaching and training support via phone to detached and district financial representatives as needed
  • Attend mandatory Home Office classes, including teleconferences and training sessions
  • Rollout Coordinator
  • Document and submit monthly activity reports and home office requested forms

Not included in responsibilities:

  • Technology Coordinator
  • Sign-on Coordinator and password maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or an equivalent combination of education and/or progressively responsible work experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Three to five years of financial services industry experience preferred
  • One to three years of training experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate groups of people
