Summary

The position is in our Household Division and is responsible for safely moving trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations in a timely and professional manner with daily reports.

Essential Job Functions

* Anticipate the needs of the production line and service them accordingly via trailer movements to required dock door.
* Manage the trailer movement within the KIK Facility via a Yard Mule (Tractor
* Perform tractor inspections and preventative maintenance before, during and after trips. Maintain accurate records.
* When directed, operate a forklift truck as necessary.

Qualifications

* Valid Driver license (clean MVR) and medical card required.
* A minimum of 5 years commercial driving experience with a current Class A CDL qualification (Hazmat and Tanker or X endorsement a plus)
* Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to read, write, and speak English competently.

* Must be able to operate a forklift truck or be trained to do so.

Working Conditions

* Working in non-temperature and temperature controlled environment.
* Must be able to work around unpleasant odors and manage with a variety of chemical products
* Possibility of working around high noise levels, depending on location.
* Must be able to work in accordance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations.
* Must be able to lift 45lbs.
* Must be able to work overtime where necessary.
