Job description

Answering directly to the business unit CEO, the position will be responsible for the ownership, development, and growth of the Products to be sold online, in stores and in support of Acuantia's service in wastewater, water storage, systems design, etc. The position will have P&L responsibility for the product suite. The role will manage national teams simultaneously as they build their operational cells to satisfy the demands for water services in a locality.

The role must understand regulation in the mater management business in a general sense and be comfortable functioning in a regulatory product environment. The Offering Manager will oversee and coordinate SME's in the space that will bring deep product, industry, and regulatory knowledge to lead them toward functional, profitable business cells.

Successful operation in this role will operate using PLM principles to bring new products to market, lead Acuantia's interaction with the Innovation to Market team from MEX and coordinate with the Merchandising team. In addition, the OM for Products will lead the development of sales enablement which may include hiring and managing a sales team through the development cycle and ensuring their functional capability to grow the sales of the product. Once built, any sales teams will be turned over to the sales organization as a profit center and begin operating in the specified region.

The Offering Manager will then continue to develop complementary products in the segment to continue growing the product nationally. This continued development may also be in conjunction with the Services Offering Manager to present integrated products and services to the market,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across agile squads to deliver customer and business experience, define team vision and set direction,
• Ensure alignment with key stakeholders.

· Support Acuantia Director in master budgeting, supply chain management, IT, HR, and Shared Services operations management.

· Identify, hire, and train Product Managers and optimize workflows between regional teams.

· Review OSS Go-To-Market Strategy proposals, OSS Business Case revisions, and Innovation Lighthouse initiative proposals for final approval of Director.

· Regularly reports to Acuantia Director regarding sales, supply chain, and operations management.

· Assists in the review and approval of proposed resources for Acuantia and Agile OSS initiatives for nationwide business scaling.

· Supports Director with reviewing and approving proposed CAPEX and OPEX budgets for OSS business nationwide.

Requirements

• MBA or work experience equivalent, OR
• 5 years of Senior Management experience.
• 3 years relevant product development experience.
• Experience selling complex services with large teams

· Working proficiency in utilization of Email, cloud-based platforms like Dropbox, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams.

· Sufficient proficiency in SAP, Magento, and other Rotoplas required platforms.
