Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking qualified candidates for a Cash Management Analyst 1 position in Irving, TX. The position is reporting to the Manager of Cash Management. Candidate must be detailed oriented, have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and should have strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills. The selected individual(s) will play a key role in performing the Disbursement statement of work, and will work with their team to ensure strong processes and controls are in place and will provide value added services to our customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process EFT and Checks payments, and reconcile EFT and check payment to SAP accounts. Monitor and track check stocks
Process EFT and check returns, work with Supply Chain to resolve vendor master issues that impact payments
Utilize SAP tool to review bank postings and clear cash accounts
Participate in monthly closing activities
Research payment issues as needed
Support audit requests and walk-throughs
Serve as POC for sector customers and Corporate Treasury for Disbursement and its application processes.
Coordinate disbursement requirements with Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Systems team, and external banking provider on relevant cash management and banking matters.
Participate in the definition, implementation and optimization of automated systems and processes; and support for special projects, as required
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related business fields. Equivalent experiences may be accepted in lieu of the degree requirement.
Excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written) and organization skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
Competency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP experience
Treasury/Cash experience
Experience in a financial services environment
A strong understanding of accounting and cash controls
Government contracting experience
Understanding of FAR, GAAP, CAS, and SOX requirement
Salary Range: 48000 - 72000
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
