Enterprise Services is looking for a Manager Security 2 for the team that ensures that essential business activities can be recovered and continued globally in the event of a business interruption, by ensuring adequate tools, processes, documentation, facilities, and systems are in place.
The successful applicant will have a background in resilience based roles and be able to demonstrate experience of Business Continuity Management in a complex multi-layered working environment.
The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Developing the resilience strategy and business continuity framework to reflect changes to the environment and business operations
Identification of opportunities to improve recovery solutions and arrangements with a focus on ensuring that business requirements are mapped to disaster recovery solutions;
Ensuring appropriate 24 x 7 crisis management response procedures are identified and detailed for the Global Assistance Center (GAC)
Lead collaboration of security team responsible for the physical security of international travelers
Ensuring appropriate continuity processes, systems and guidance documentation are in place and maintained.
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree + 8 years of experience within Security and/or Business Continuity or MS degree with 6 years of experience with Security and/or Business Continuity
Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance
2 years' experience leading resiliency security initiatives
Experience with business continuity programs and planning systems (e.g. iTrip, VCC, Everbridge, SharePoint, GRC tools)
Experience interacting with a variety of internal customers and external suppliers
Proven team leadership, customer service and process improvement skills
Project management experience and execution skills
Ability to lead, mentor and train staff
Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified either by DRII, the BCI or equivalent experience
Experience in IT Disaster Recovery
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary Range: 100800 - 151200
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
