Summary:

The Manager of Staffing Analytics is responsible for managing the team and function of the position management process to support structure and data governance for the Workforce Planning Department. Drives initiatives and provides support and guidance for the Position Management Team and to business leaders across the organization. Organizes day-to-day operations, develops process improvement initiatives across the enterprise, and manages best practices in accordance with the organization's policies and standards. The Manager of Staffing Analytics interacts with high level internal clients and technical teams, and has exposure to sensitive human resources information necessitating the use of tact, diplomancy, discretion and judgment.

  • Manager of Staffing Analytics will lead, mentor & develop position management teams in best practices for the position management process and credential and pay practice management.
  • Conducts team meetings regularly and as needed for new initiatives in process improvement
  • Plans, designs, and directs training process and materials for new Staffing Analytics Specialists or internal clients on systems and processes
  • Maintain strong consultative partnerships and relationships with business leaders, Human Resources Teams, Talent Acquisition Teams, Technical Teams and other business groups as needed to communicate process, resolve outstanding requests and technical issues and help reinforce best practices
  • Provides guidance related to team priorities, works to eliminate barriers and coaches for development
  • Analyzes and calculates the cost and impact of mass changes or re-org request received and works with business and leadership through governance process
  • Works within budgetary and allocation guidelines to insure department positions align with department budgets
  • Resolves all escalated inquiries in line with agreed SLAs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
  • 3 - 5 Years in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition environment
  • Human Resources certification preferred
