About the Role:
The Recruiting Programs Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Program Office initiatives globally. This is inclusive of: our Associate Referral Program, Managing programs through operational, systems and analytical/CRM Reporting; Strategize to design and implement processes that help meet Recruiting hiring objectives, job fairs and diversity, university relations, overflow strategic talent sourcing support, targeted campaigns for talent as it relates to the above programs, and other duties as assigned by leadership.
What you'll do:
- High touch customer support for referrals, associates, and the recruiting team
- Search for talent to proactively build talent acquisition CRM
- Provide overflow sourcing support to the recruiting team for hard to fill or critical positions where a designated Sourcer is not assigned
- Assist with rebuilding current CRM through database clean up, process development, and training
- Conduct lead generation activities for talent at Gartner
- Partner with colleagues on the recruiting team to organize, track, and execute on recruiting events
- Follow up and follow through with candidates, associates, and the recruiting team
- Attendance at recruiting events inclusive of job fairs and diversity events
- Ad hoc requests as directed by leadership
- Support of all Recruiting Programs and Sourcing Team initiatives globally
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years experience in a professional setting preferred
- 1-2 years prior recruiting experience preferred
- Experience providing program/project and analytical support, especially, developing & executing project plans, and delivering reports and metrics to support programs
- Exceptional communication skills, knowledge of Recruiting structure/processes and experience with a recruiting CRM/ATS or similar software a plus
- The ability to work well both independently and on a team in a deadline driven environment; Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate; Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to pursue relevant and accurate data; Results-oriented ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered and meeting deadlines
