Summary:

In this role, you will provide leadership support to interdepartmental colleagues regarding daily questions and inquires along with providing situational training to staff to ensure understanding of the job and raised responsibilities. You will work closely with our procurement centers in the entire purchasing process of supplies; ensuring contract compliancy and assisting in product research to warrant the greatest cost savings.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor and arrange for center coverage due to staffing needs.

* Direct new hire training with creation of training schedule as well as the preparation of training paperwork; will lead many of the trainings.

* Provide feedback to the manager on new hires training to help facilitate a successful onboarding.

* Assist Special Projects in process efficiencies and issues through trouble shooting and process improvement initiatives driven by management.

* Set up and manage the Vizient Standardization Program for procurement centers.

* Report to manager on raised center issues or process improvement needs to provide collaboration on directional and development needs.

* Provide honest feedback of inefficiencies in processes, daily work and departmental needs.

Qualifications:

* Relevant degree preferred.

* 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

* Health care or supply chain experience required.

* Experience using ENVI platform preferred.

* Must have excellent customer services and presentation skills.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* Knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM tool is a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$35,000.00 - $56,000.00
