Title - Application Support Delivery Manager
Duration - Full time with Cognizant

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Application Support Delivery Manager who will be responsible for managing delivery of engagement as onsite delivery manager

Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities:
? Managing customer stakeholders by setting up regular cadence and presenting program status
? Tracking and managing delivery, scope, staffing, schedule, risk, issues
? Ensuring triaging of critical incidents/situations by engaging relevant technical/functional experts from Cognizant teams and other vendor/partner/infra teams/customer stakeholders as needed
? Ensuring timely reporting of appropriate metrics to stakeholders
? Identifying and driving transformation opportunities in the engagement
? Work closely with technical teams to deliver key initiatives, oversee the assigned tasks and ensure no breach to SLA and KPI commitments

Required Skills/Qualifications:
? Experience in managing multi-service line programs
? Prior exposure to managing production support engagements
? Performance management of the team and people management
? Experience in handling WSR, MSR, QBR meets with customer stakeholders

Preferred Skills/Qualification:
? PMP
? 15+ years' experience in IT to include lead and senior roles.
? Strong exposure in handling 24/7 Critical Production Support for clients managing war rooms/bridges and Multiple Vendors
? Knowledge in ITIL
